Dear AOTrauma community members,
We are pleased to announce the 2020 AOTrauma Fellowship and AOTrauma Visit the Expert Fellowship is now calling for application:
AOTrauma Fellowship
Selection criteria
-AOTrauma member
-Basic Principles & Advanced Principles courses have to be completed before application
-Orthopedic Trauma is main part of practice
-Working knowledge of local language, or of English
-< 45 years
Recommended
Employed by a teaching hospital.
Fellowship duration:
4-6 weeks
Benefits:
-Exposure to an excellent network of AOTrauma host Centers
-Stipend from AOTrauma
-Regional or international perspective for fellows
-Certification upon completion of fellowship programme

AOTrauma Visit the Expert Fellowship
Selection criteria
-AOTrauma member
-Basic Principles & Advanced Principles courses have to be completed before application
-Master level, or Specialty course
-Working knowledge of local language, or of English
-Letter of motivation
-One letter of recommendation
-(no age limit)
Recommended
Employed by a teaching hospital
Fellowship duration:
2-4 weeks
Deadline for application submission:
July 12, 2019
Note: The host centers do not have to be at an approved AOTrauma Host Center. However, the mentor must be an AO Faculty. The fellow is expected to contact the host BEFORE applying. AOTrauma will support this fellowship for a time period of 2-4 weeks with the regular stipend, but all arrangements have to be made by the fellow.
